Entrance to the festival parking is at 902 Dowling St. Cost to park is $5.00 per car and only cash is accepted at the gate.
There is not an admission charge to attend the festival. There is a $5.00 per car parking fee to park on the festival grounds. The gate is only able to accept cash and there is not an ATM located close to the drive in entrance.
Vendor applications are available on the website starting in February each year and the deadline is May 1. Please read the requirements on the applications and the vendor page of the website.

IS HANDICAP PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE FESTIVAL?
ARE WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE TO RENT?
Yes, walking into the festival is allowed. There is not a charge to walk into the festival. Walk in gates are on Fair St and also at the corner of Fair St and Wayne St.
No, wheelchairs and motorized scooters are not available for rent on the festival grounds. They are allowed and visitors are welcome to bring their own and enjoy the festival.
Yes, There are three ATM machines located on the festival grounds: inside the Merchant's Building, on the log cabin porch, and under the grandstand by the restrooms.

Yes, Although handicapped parking is available on the festival grounds, it is not ideal for those with mobility issues, as it is in the fairgrounds and the parking area is not paved or flat.

Yes, parking is offered free at East Noble Middle School on Drake Rd, in front of the Rural King on Fairview Blvd and at the Family Harvest Festival on Main St. Parking at any of these options is free and the shuttle to and from the festival is also free. This is also the best option for anyone with mobility issues. The shuttle buses are handicapped equipped.
All of the food vendors are set-up to accept cash and all of the vendors on the festival grounds will accept cash. Many of the craft, antique and demonstration vendors are also able to accept a credit card. 3 ATM's are available on the festival grounds

NO, DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL. Licensed service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome
